It seems that there is a new hobby for Presidents to keep them busy in their last year in the last year of their presidency -
Try to solve the problems in the Middle East. Clinton did it and failed, now Bush is doing it. Is this going to become a trend? I have a few thoughts on that.

These Palestinians are the same ones who danced in the street when the twin towers came down. The only thing that's ever been done that provides a respite from armed hostility has been the
fence. Perhaps I'm way too pessimistic?
