I hate war.

Anyone who has seen the results of war and has a brain hates war. I hate the possibly of losing my freedom even more. I try and respect others Religions... well religiously. There is one group who has totally gotten me angry.

The American Friends Service Committee (AFSC) is a threat and strains the concept of freedom of religion. The AFSC is a political group that claims to be an arm of the Quaker religion. The Quakers are pacifists, however during time of war the main stream of the religion have worked in hospitals or any other non-combatant service that they could do. They have a strong record of living by their faith and serving as best they can. The AFSC, however is another story.

The AFSC has been active in this country since the early part of the 20th century. The group has allied itself with any anti-american movement that has come along. They have supported the Viet Cong.

They actively supported the Communist party.
They support the palestinian butchers.
They support illegal immigration and work towards open borders.
They feel that an immediate and total withdrawal from Iraq is the only viable solution to the problems that they see in Iraq.

They now propose to "Celebrate" the 2000th American troop killed in a country-wide rally to end the war.

The American Friends Service Committee is NOT the representative for the Quaker religion. It is a political far left group with major communist attachments. Their website is at www.afsc.org. Visit it and make up your own mind.
