Apparently the President took less arguementative path. ROberts has near-univsal support and seems to have a solid chance at getting past the Senate. WHile I still think Scalia was by far the best choice, I will yield to far better political minds on this. Now - who is next? There were a couple of strong Woman Judges. He has been getting some subtle lobbying for a woman. Whatever choice he makes, The President will leave his mark on the Court for decades to come. OF that I'm sure. I think that is a good thing
