Or should I title this - League of Nations II? Looks like the French will not approve the new European Constitution. Shucky-darn. All of our friends who lament our lack of European Ethics must be in a proverbial Tizzy.
Go into Google and do a search on 'Articles of Confederation'. Read them and you'll understand why they did not work. Now think about how the EU was structured, or for that Matter the League of Nations, or perhaps the UN? Maybe our founding fathers understood the concept of Federalization? Perhaps the members of Congress need to take a refresher course in Civics?
